Returns & Exchange
7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free of charge. For colour or design changes the difference in price will be charged or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-tailored pieces, dupattas, accessories and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to Initiate
Email us at hello@houseofhastakaari.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
